1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the SoftSpace World website and related features and services ("Platform").

References to "SoftSpace World", "we", "our" or "us" mean the operator of the Platform. "You" or "user" means any person who visits, registers for or uses the Platform.

By creating an account, submitting a listing or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference.

2. About Our Platform

SoftSpace World provides an online platform intended to help users discover property opportunities and connect with property owners, renters, vendors and dealers.

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, SoftSpace World acts as a platform for listing and discovery. We are not automatically a party to property sales, rentals, leases, brokerage arrangements or other transactions between users.

A listing, enquiry or message on the Platform does not guarantee that a property is available, suitable or legally capable of being sold or rented.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform independently. Where applicable, minors may use it only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian in accordance with law.

• Provide accurate, current and complete registration details.
• Keep your password and account credentials confidential.
• Do not impersonate another person or create an account using false details.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keep your contact details updated where required for account use.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law and any responsibility attributable to us.

4. Property Listings and Accuracy

Users who submit property listings are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the information they provide.

• List only properties you own or are authorized to advertise.
• Provide accurate descriptions, locations, prices, photographs and availability details.
• Do not misrepresent ownership, title, approvals, amenities or legal status.
• Update or remove listings when information changes or a property is no longer available.
• Ensure uploaded photographs and documents may lawfully be used for the listing.

SoftSpace World may review, restrict, correct or remove a listing where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, inaccurate information, legal concerns, safety issues or violations of these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

All users, including owners, renters, vendors and dealers, agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully.

• Verify property details and relevant documents before entering into a transaction.
• Communicate honestly and respectfully with other users.
• Comply with applicable property, rental, consumer and other relevant laws.
• Obtain appropriate permission before sharing another person's contact details or documents.
• Make independent decisions after carrying out suitable checks.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

• Publish fraudulent, misleading, duplicate or unauthorized listings.
• Commit fraud, phishing, harassment, threats or other unlawful acts.
• Collect personal information from users without appropriate authority.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or databases.
• Interfere with Platform operations or bypass applicable security controls.
• Use automated scraping or bulk data collection where prohibited by law or our applicable rules.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

We may investigate reported violations and take proportionate action where appropriate.

7. Enquiries and Communication

The Platform may allow users to contact one another regarding property listings. When you submit an enquiry, relevant information may be shared with the intended recipient to facilitate your request.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating the identity and reliability of other parties. Do not share passwords, one-time passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in messages.

We may provide reporting or support features where available, but cannot guarantee that every communication or user interaction will be monitored.

8. Fees, Payments and Refunds

Some features or services may be free, while others may carry fees if expressly introduced and disclosed to users.

Where a paid service is offered, the applicable price, payment terms, cancellation conditions and refund rules will be communicated before the relevant purchase or payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, property sale consideration, rent, security deposits, brokerage and other amounts agreed directly between users are separate from any Platform fee.

Do not assume that a payment to another user is protected or guaranteed by SoftSpace World unless we expressly confirm that a specific service provides such protection.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform's branding, design, software, text, graphics and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our protected materials without permission.

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. By submitting a listing or other content, you grant us permission to host, store, display and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and provide the Platform, subject to your settings, our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the accuracy of every user-submitted listing.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not independently certify the ownership, title, measurements, approvals, legal status, condition or availability of every listed property.

Users should conduct their own checks and obtain independent legal, financial or property advice where appropriate before entering into a transaction.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SoftSpace World will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a user's dealings with another user, reliance on inaccurate listing information, or temporary unavailability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Any limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances of a claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account, listing or feature where reasonably necessary due to a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, legal requirements or misuse of the Platform.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Users may contact us to raise concerns about an account restriction.

Termination does not remove obligations or rights that accrued before termination, nor any information we must retain under applicable law.
